I would laugh uproariously, if not for my utmost respect for all of my former Chinese colleagues and friends.

I have worked with and met many people from China, and have nothing but the utmost respect for each and every one of them!
I learned this: in China, no protein is wasted. I am just not going to tell the story of the giant snails, served quite wiggly.
