What brand of hard adult dog food has small pieces?

I have a lab about 5 and she got this muscle problem in her stomach where she can’t digest food properly so the vet suggested either soft food or smaller hard food pieces. Normally I would just give her the soft food, but I also have a 2 yo cattle dog and I would don’t want fat dogs.
So are there any brands of hard dog food that is in small pieces?
Hmm… several brands should have them - you might have to look around though.
I wonder if she would do well on a raw fed diet? The food is nice and soft for her.

There are brands that make food for small dogs, such as chihuahuas and jack russels etc. You can try one of those brands.

We feed our dog Ukanuba for small dogs. They have 2 or 3 kinds of small dry dog food.

SCIENCE DIET you can get at Petsmart. my dog is 3 and he only like the small bites.
it keeps dogs teeth nice and white as well as keeping there coat shiny
it helps alot when you have dog that sheds too.

Why not feed the dog her natural food? I feed my dog raw meat with the bones and she’s thriving.

Eagle Pack Holistic and Merrick have small kibble. You could moisten it with a little warm water or broth to make it easier for her to digest. Bil-Jac frozen food may work - it’s not canned or dry,but sort of in between,and it’s a really good food.

You could get Wellness Adult Small Breed, which to my knowledge is the same as Wellness Adult Large Breed, except for with smaller pieces.
