You shouldn’t ask the question this way. Look at the pet stores around you and see what they charge for the products you will be selling. Price yours competitively. People who buy pet food look carefully at price. The toys and extras can be more randomly priced, but since the food is a necessity and a constant expense people watch it more carefully. If you charge too much, you’ll have many fewer sales. If you charge too little, you won’t make enough money.

you probably need to know how much your laid in costs are going to be, that is what it takes to even have the store open–rent, utilities, phone, insurance and if you plan to have people working for you
of course, you will find out how much your cost will be for the mdse you want to sell, and generally people try to mark up 50%
your cost should included the shipping to get it to your store for you to sell
